  • How is my order being shipped?

    We’ll ship your order via our partnered carrier. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email. When your order is ready to be picked up at the dealer, you’ll also receive an email.

  • When will my order be delivered?

    That depends on the size, colour and other specifications. On the site, an estimated day of delivery is shown. We’ll inform you about the exact date via email.

  • Can my order be delivered outside of the Netherlands?

    Unfortunately, we don’t ship outside of The Netherlands.

  • When can I pick up my order at a Union dealer?

    You can pick up your order during normal opening hours. These can differ between the dealers. You can find you dealer’s opening hours on the dealer page.

  • What should I bring when picking up my order?

    When picking up your new bike at one of our dealers, there are two things you shouldn’t forget. Our dealer will ask you for the payment confirmation. You can print this, but you can also show it on your smartphone or tablet. Always bring a valid ID.

  • What happens when I order multiple products with a different date of delivery?

    In that case, the products in stock will be shipped to the Union dealer right away. Other products will be shipped together at a later date. You’ll receive an email when products are ready to be picked up at the dealer.

  • Can someone else pick up my order?

    Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order. Make sure he or she brings the payment confirmation and a valid ID.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We don’t charge shipping costs.

  • Why is the delivery of my bike is delayed

    We try to predict the date of delivery as accurately as possible. Due to unforeseen circumstances, like a technical failure or a delayed delivery of parts, we might not be able to deliver your bike in time. In that case, we’ll keep you informed.

    We have a return policy of 14 days.

  • Are there costs involved with returning products?

    In a case of warranty or if you return the product within 14 days, we’ll pay all the costs involved with returning. In other cases, unfortunately, we'll charge €29,50. We will pick up your bike at your Union dealer.

  • I don't have a return form. What should I do?

    If you want to return a product, you should contact our customer service. There’s no need for a return form.

  • What happens if a return shipment isn’t accepted?

    If we can’t accept a return shipment, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
